Thermometer is an essential device used in every household. Equinox EQ-IF- 02 Infrared Thermometer is a device which is used to measure temperature without actually touching the forehead. This technology minimizes the risks of infections and ensures you get an accurate temperature reading every time you use it. It is also ideal for measuring the temperature of any surface, feeding bottles or room.
Instructions to Keep in Mind While Using the Device
1. Point the thermometer at the forehead from between 3 and 5 cm and press the scan button for about a second.
2. Do not expose this thermometer to extreme temperature conditions of 50°C or 20°C (122°F or -4°F).
LCD DisplayThe thermometer consists of LCD display which reflects 3 backlight colors green, yellow & red for easy fever differentiation. |
Fever AlarmThe device comes with a fever alarm which indicates a warning by turning on the RED color LCD backlight. This occurs when the temperature exceeds 100.4º F / 38ºC. |
MemoryUpto 32 readings are stored in the thermometer automatically. If the memory is full, the monitor will delete the oldest reading. |
Quick ResultResults are displayed in 1 second. The device automatically turns off after displaying the readings for 30 seconds. |
Modes of MeasurementThe device measures the temperature of Body, Room and Surface of any object. All you need to do is select the mode you want to measure and followed by clicking on the measuring button. |
