Irregular Heartbeat IndicatorThe Digital Blood pressure monitor is equipped with an intelligent function of Irregular Heartbeat (IHB) detector. During each measurement, this equipment records the heartbeat intervals and works out the standard deviation. If the calculated value is larger than or equal to 15, this equipment will light up the IHB symbol on the screen when displaying the measuring unit. |
Instructions to Keep in Mind While Using the Device
1. Please Note – While using the adapter please remove the batteries.
2. Please ensure that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
3. Please do not roll the sleeve so it forms a tight tourniquet around the upper arm.
4. Please try to measure your blood pressure at the same time daily and with the same arm and posture. This is required if you want consistent readings for comparison.
5. Please do not move or talk during measurement. Relax all your muscles.
6. Cellular phone or other electronic devices may interfere with the result if they are placed close to the monitor. Kindly keep them away while measuring.
